Effective 24 September 2026
This policy explains what ITLifelines LLC collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
When you submit the assessment request form, we collect what you type into it:
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this form. That includes health information, financial account numbers, government identifiers and passwords. If you need to share technical details about your environment, we will arrange a secure method.
Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is ordinary web server activity and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and carry out a security assessment if you request one, and to prepare a proposal. We use it for nothing else. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Webflow, which hosts this website, and are sent to us by email. As we bring our ticketing and client management systems online, submissions may also be recorded there so that your enquiry is tracked properly. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We will disclose information if we are legally required to, and we will tell you if we are permitted to do so.
If you become a client, your contact details are retained for the life of the engagement and afterwards as our records and any legal obligations require. If you do not become a client, we keep your enquiry for up to twenty-four months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, then delete it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@itlifelines.com and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Some of its obligations do not apply to businesses of our size, but we will honour these requests regardless.
This site uses only the cookies our hosting platform requires to serve pages and process forms. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to form submissions is limited to the owner of the business and protected by multi-factor authentication. We think it would be poor form for a security company to say more than it can back up, so we will not claim your data is impossible to compromise — only that we apply the same controls we recommend to clients.
This is a business website and is not directed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described at the top of this page.
