Service descriptions, pricing and response targets shown on this site are indicative and provided to help you decide whether to contact us. Pricing shown is for commercial small-business engagements; public sector, education, compliance-heavy and multi-site engagements are scoped and quoted individually. Nothing on this site creates a contract, and no service commitment exists until both parties sign one.
The assessment we offer is a point-in-time technical review. It is not a penetration test, not a formal audit, not a HIPAA risk analysis, and not a certification of compliance with any standard. No organisation, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, certifies a business as HIPAA compliant. Any assessment performed on your systems is carried out only under a separate written authorisation signed by someone with authority to grant it.
The text, design, logo, graphics and code on this site belong to ITLifelines LLC. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for a competing service, and you may not use our name or logo to suggest a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its underlying systems, probe or scan it, interfere with its availability, or submit material that is unlawful or contains malicious code. We say this plainly because we are a security company: unauthorised access to a computer system in Texas is a criminal matter under Texas Penal Code section 33.02, not merely a breach of these terms.
Where we link to a third-party site or vendor, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, its security or its privacy practices.
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment. Information here is general and is not legal, compliance or security advice for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITLifelines LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. This limitation applies to the website. Liability relating to services we actually perform for you is addressed in the signed agreement covering those services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County or Harris County, Texas.
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
